a 30-day money-back guarantee (less shipping and handling). Product must be returned
in a re-sellable condition, along with a copy of your invoice, please ensure tape
are re-wound. Shrink-wrapped items must be returned unopened to qualify for a refund!
It is not our policy to accept returns of opened or obviously used items, items returned
more than 30 days beyond the invoice date, or "firm sale" or clearance

- It's our policy to process
and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delays may occur if stocks are in short
supply. When paying by cheque, please allow an additional 3-7 days for the cheque
to clear.

Australia Post. Express Post or courier deliveries by request; an additional cost
applies. Call for further details.
We pack your order with the utmost care and ensure it is shipped promptly. To view

from Outside of Australia
- Please note: All prices
quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, and all payments from outside Australia
must be made by credit card.
To give you best value for money we deduct the Australian GST component, giving you
a worthwhile saving off our advertised prices, and we base the airmail freight component
on the packed weight of the order.
Shipping rates shown are valid for New Zealand only, so if you live outside Australia
or New Zealand, please contact us for the correct shipping charges.

Our e-commerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology — the industry standard
for encryption technology. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce
sites. SSL technology is compatible with Netscape 3+, Internet Explorer 3+, AOL,
Web TV and most other browsers. SSL locks all information (e.g. your credit card
number) passed from your browser to Spectrum Marketing in an encrypted envelope,
making it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as
your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
In order to maintain security of this information, credit card details will not be
stored on our payment gateway, but only used on an individual transaction basis (i.e.,
customers enter their credit-card details each time they order). Spectrum Marketing
will not have access to credit card details entered on the web.
Spectrum Marketing will take all appropriate and reasonable steps to protect the
information shared with us.
